Are you pumped?I'm wondering why God has us taking Amtrak to New Orleans this year. But, one thing I know for sure is that He's got a reason that we will discover as we ride. It will be an "ah ha!" moment.
I know we will definitely bond as a team and I know we will watch the country go past our windows but what else? Are we going to meet and encourage someone on the train? Will we run into a teenager traveling alone?
It works out better for our adults and for the gang at Berean too. Our trip begins long before we step foot in NOLA. Start praying.

Our seats are recliners with foot rests and those who have ridden on trains tell me that sleeping is pretty easy. I am thinking that means work on Tuesday is possible.
I am getting pretty pumped! I hope you are too.

I'm definitely pumped about going back to NOLA! Last night we had a fabulous spaghetti dinner at FBC with students sharing music and testimonies along with serving those who came to support our trip. I know that God wants us to be taking the train to/from NOLA. Will we be sensitive enough to find out why?
